AdrenalGenix 90C

AdrenalGenix is formulated to help maintain healthy adrenal function. The adrenal glands help regulate your body's response to stress and also helps regulate your blood sugar. Hypoglycemia is a common symptom associated with blood sugar regulation problems. You should never feel light-headed when you stand up from a sitting position. At OVitaminPro we recommend AdrenalGenix as a replacement for Adaptocrine. Recommended dose is two capsules with meals or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Can you take this product and 20mg of lisinopril? If yes do you take the adrenalgenix 3 times a day and how much time should have passed between taking the lisinopril and the adrenal genix. thank you

Looking over the potential negative interactions with Lisinopril, I don't see anything that would preclude taking an adrenal support supplement like AdrenalGenix. Often two capules two times a day is sufficient but you can adjust that according to your energy level. Sometimes a person might need more or less depending on the demands of the day. You might give your body an hour between the drug and the supplement just to make sure any possible interaction is at a minimum. Of course, with any medication we have to recommend that you consult your prescribing physician about their opinion on the matter. We also recommend you check our recent blog on hypertension. Who knows? Food sensitivities might be playing a role in yours too.

Not quite sure yet...
I have Hoshimoto's. For the past 6 years I took 2 AdreCore upon waking in the AM, (along with my thyroid medication; Nature-throid and Liothyronine). I didn't really have a reason to switch to AdrenalGenix other than I wanted to get my supplement costs down and Mary suggested some folks like this product better. So far I have not noticed a difference one way or the other. I'm glad I didn't take a dive, which is what I was a bit worried about. So I think it's just fine. Wonder how I'd feel without it, but not doing to try that without guidance...
