Once you have your US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your package at your Connecticut address and then does the rest. It gets your package to your country, through customs and to your door much faster, easier and cheaper than could be done with typical mail service or other popular carriers.

Step-By-Step Order Guide

2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the Bongo link at the top of any page or at checkup.
3. After entering basic shipping and billing information, Bongo provides you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions. You must use the same credit card as shown on your Bongo Int account or your payment will be flagged as fraudulent.
7. Choose your shipping method and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. We will ship your package to your US address using the method you have chosen from the list of menu options. We recommend USPS Priority for most orders. Express mail or various UPS methods are options if you need it faster. We don't recommend UPS ground. That will take longer and cost more than USPS Priority or USPS ground.
10. Once Bongo receives your package, they will take over from there. Once you have verified that the package is in the Bongo system, you will communicate with them for information about delivery and customs via online chat or email.
