Karuna B-12 Liquid is formulated to help supply this essential nutrient especially involved in red blood cell formation. People who are deficient in B-12 often show extra large red blood cells that are still deficient in hemoglobin. Causes of B-12 deficiencies can be due to lack of B-12 in the diet (especially vegetarians) and/or difficulty absorbing the B-12. Liquid B-12 is absorbed in the blood stream in the capillaries of the mouth lining so absorption is no longer a concern.Recommended use: is one-half to one dropper daily (approximately 521-1041 mcg), preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Hold the solution under the tongue for a few moments before swallowing.
