In addition, Mens Pure Pack also gives you 1000 IU of highly bioavailable vitamin D3, as well as added magnesium; these can further promote strong bones by supporting calcium absorption, which is especially important as you get older. Theres also one softgel capsule of Saw Palmetto Plus in each packet.
