Klaire-SFI Pro-Biotic Complex Two important species supporting the small and large intestine. L. acidophilus is a hardy probiotic highly resistant to gastric acid, bile salts, and digestive enzymes. It breaks down casein, casein derived polypeptides and gluten. Also ferments lactose and a variety of other sugars and polysaccharides aiding digestion and lowering pH of intestinal contents. B. bifidum is present in large numbers, but reduced or absent in allergic infants and elderly adults. Together L. Acidophilus and B. bifidum prevent overgrowth of undesirable bacteria and yeast, and reduce the incidence of positive testing for certain undesirable microorganisms.
Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
PLEASE NOTE: These probiotics are designed with higher potency than on the label for them to be transported to any destination safely. This overage compensates for any transit time, items left unrefrigerated, or left out in hot weather. It takes these probiotics about two weeks in 120 temperatures continuously, to start to lose any potency at a very slow decline. Do however refrigerate the product as soon as it arrives.
