Why Return Authorization

Most of the products we sell are designed and formulated to elicit a specific metabolic response. That means they have to be properly used. If you are having a problem with a particular product, it might be that it is doing its job and you just have to give it a little more time. Sometimes you could use some direction on selecting the replacement product. We are happy to help with that. If you just send it back and you haven't communicated with us, we don't know what the problem was. We won't be able to help you and we won't have the valuable feedback from you, our client. We say over and over that we like to make our recommendations based on third party testing like blood, urine, saliva and genetic tests.
