Adrenacalm is an excellent product for those that are subject to chronic stress, or have an overactive brain that can disrupt healthy sleeping patterns. Over time this can lead to overstimulation and eventually a burn out of our adrenals. It is in a convenient cream form (unlike many expensive and invasive measures used) that absorbs readily through the skin and goes directly into the bloodstream. A key ingredient in this product is phosphatidylserine(main component of the cell membranes of the brain cell) which has been shown to help with lowering anxiousness, stress and helps to improve the mood and cognitive function. When our bodies are in a constant state of stress and anxiousness the cortisol levels can elevate causing unfavorable side effects such as anxiousness, sluggish metabolism, and low mood. Adrenacalm can help to lower the elevated cortisol levels and offer support to the adrenals and body.

The directions say "1 pump". Is that one pump for each foot? Or one pump per use, which would mean 1/2 pump per foot.
One pump is a fair amount of AdrenaCalm so I would start with 1/2 pump for each foot. You can use more but this is a good place to start.

How much B6 is in AdrenaCalm? B6 level is supposed to be between 2.0 - 32.8. Mine was 47.8 in May of last year, then came down to 37.4 in October. My doctor had me stop taking a multiple vitamin and B-complex 15 months ago, when my bloodiest showed it was high. My cortisol levels are sky high, so my functional medicine doctor put me on Adrenotone and AdrenaCalm (KR-16). There is only 5 mg. of B6 in 3 tablets of Adrenotone daily, but there is no way of telling how much B6 is in AdrenaCalm.
Manufacturers like Apex don’t have to tell us exactly what is in their creams or in the proprietary ingredients and are reluctant to share that information with us. Sorry about that. You are right to be concerned about that high cortisol and using AdrenaCalm is a good idea in general but I too wonder about how that B6 might affect you. I would also look at NeuroScience Calm PRT. It has no B6 and is used to help lower cortisol. You might do better with that.

Doespecially adrenacalm Cream cause weight gain?
Haven't had any reports of weight gain from using AdrenaCalm. We recommend it for people under stress that tends to increase cortisol levels and that can lead to weight gain. AdrenaCalm helps to lower the effects of the stress and cortisol so it could help to avoid that stress-related weight gain. Thanks for the question and thanks for shopping at OVitaminPro.com!

The nice thing about this cream is it is well tolerated for the elderly as well as small children. Just start with half the dose in the evenings before bed.
