This formula can also be suitable for adults who have problems swallowing capsules because these are smaller than normal capsule size.Recommended Use: For children 1 through 3 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily mixed into food or beverage. Ages 4 through 7 years: Take 2 to 4 capsules daily with food. For 8 years and older: Take 3 to 6 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
