Contains antioxidants including vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, lutein and zeaxanthin which play an important role in vision as we age. The ocular lens, macula and retina are continually exposed to oxygen and intense light radiation. Both light and oxygen can create free radicals that damage the membranes of visual cells.
