Douglas Laboratories Mag-Malate for energy production support, mitochondrial energy production, and neuromuscular function. Mag-Malate offers magnesium and malic acid, both of which are involved in energy production. Good sources of magnesium include dark leafy greens, nuts, legumes, and whole grains. Good sources of malic acid is found naturally in some fruits such as apricots and apples. Diet typically does not provide adequate amounts of magnesium or malic acid and supplementation may be necessary in order for the body's energy production process to work properly.Recommended use: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
