800 is a dietary supplement for enzyme support. Wobenzym N supports digestive health by blending three pancreatic enzymes: amylase, lipase and protease. Amylase is found in the saliva and starts the process of converting starches into sugars for better digestion. Lipase is responsible for starting the digestion process of fats and protease has the ability to break peptide bonds that hold amino acids together forming proteins. An imbalance or improper function can cause gastrointestinal discomfort or affect nutrient absorption. Wobenzym N also provides support for joint health with a combination of bromelain, rutin and trypsin.

what is the difference between Wobenzym 800T, Wobenzym N, and Wobenzyn PS. Which one is the best for the joints especially the knees?
Wobenzym basically comes in two similar formulations, one designated N and the other PS. The N formulation adds pancreatin, chymotrypsin and papain. Which one will work best for you? Good question. I would start with the PS formula and see how that goes. If you are getting good results but not quite what you are looking for, I would switch to the N version and see which one works best for you.
