Karuna Progesterone Plus contains natural progesterone jojoba oil, aloe vera, shea butter, wild yam, evening primrose oil, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, black cohosh, chasteberry and other ingredients to regulate estrogen levels, encourage hormonal balance.Suggested use for adults: skin sites recommended include the inner areas of the thighs and arms, neck, upper chest and abdomen. The site should be rotated daily for maximum absorption. Allow 2-3 months for maximum effect.
