Borage Oil contains: borage oil, gamma linolenic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and other ingredients to support cell membrane fluidity and function, inflammation, lungs, joints and eyes. Recommended use is to take 1 softgel, 1-2 times daily preferably with meals or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Borage oil is a rich source of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). GLA is a fatty acid that suports a healthy inflammatory response. GLA has been shown to be important for lung, joint, and eye health. Although the body can manufacture GLA from dietary linoleic acid, it can be more efficiently utilized for body functions when supplied directly by dietary sources.
