Can this make you tired? Can it upset your stomach. How much food should you eat to take a capsule?
1 Answer
Similase Sensitive Stomach is formulated to be extra mild while still offering some digestion support. It is a good place to start if you are having gastric upset. IT has been an excellent company with well thought out products. You might also consider adding Karuna GastroCare. If you still can't get relief, it is time to reexamine what dietary factors might be contributing. Everyone is different any you might be surprised at what is causing the problem. Many foods will give you fairly quick feedback once you stop eating them. The exception is gluten which can take 6-9 months to notice a difference. If you have worked hard on your diet, take your digestive enzymes, drink enough water and have a reasonable weight, then it is time to check in with your primary care physician again to rule out more severe issues. As far as how much food, a light snack should be enough to add maybe one capsule. One or two bites of something should be handled without taking a supplement.
