Hello, I am taking Travacor with Kavinace (just the regular one) for sleep. After using a whole bottle of Kavinace I decided to give the ultra pm version a try. My question is, can Kavinace Ultra Pm still be used safely together with Travacor for sleep? If so, what would you recommend as far as dosage of each one and the timing to take each one? Also, how would I incorporate Calm CP with these two? My test came back with cortisol imbalance (elevated in the evening/pm) so I want to give the Calm CP a try but I am unsure how to go forward with the 3 (Travacor, Kavinace Ultra PM and Calm CP) thank you!
The NeuroScience products you mention all work well together. As far a dosage goes, that can be something of a moving target. You will do some experimentation to see what works best at any particular time of your life. Sometimes you may need a lot of Travacor and Kavinace and other times not so much. As you work with it you will be able to dial it in to get the sleep you need. The Calm CP will probably not be as hard to figure out. Usually the recommend dose of two caps two times a day is a good place to start. Some people need a lot of Travacor to control symptoms of insomnia, anxiety or depression but most often one to two at a time is sufficient. The recommended dose of Kavinace of one at bedtime might not be enough. Sometimes you might need two and rarely three to get that sleep.
