Returns & Exchanges 

At OVitaminPro, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any unopened product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Just contact our customer support team to get started.

  • Accidentally ordered the wrong product? No problem — we accept returns on unopened items within the return window.
  • Received the wrong item? We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Note: Some items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, don’t discard the packaging or packing slip. Contact us right away so we can assist you. In some cases, we may ask for a photo of the damaged item to process your claim quickly and accurately.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Returns are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the item.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Return an Item

    Call us at 1-877-465-0844 or email us here support@ovitaminpro.com to authorize your return.
  2. Package Your Return
    Pack the items securely. Be sure to include your packing slip or order information.
  3. Print & Attach Return Label
    If applicable, print the return label provided and place it over the original shipping label.
  4. Ship the Package
    Drop it off at your nearest USPS location or place it in your mailbox for pickup.
