I am taking this, under doctor orders, to help clean out my liver and gallbladder because of overload due to oral hormone therapy (prescribed by a different doctor). It definitely works on those organs! It does help me feel better, at least for now. However, once the liver/gb is back to a more healthy state, you have to "listen" to your body, as sometimes I can feel vague pains or tenderness internally. I feel this happens when I need to cut back on how much I'm taking. I do like what this does, but if you are good at sensing when your body is telling you something, be sure to pay attention to how you feel when you take this, when you take certain amounts, and when you take more or take less. Your body may react different than mine, but mine is very reactionary to this supplement.

I have purchased this product as a replacement for an Apex Energetics product. I have had no problems with the supplement and will order it again
