Slow Motion Melatonin is a dietary supplement for sleep regulation support. The hormone melatonin is naturally produced in the brain and based on circadium rhythms. Less melatonin is produced during it is light and more is produced during the night. Having a light on when it is dark or when asleep can impact the amount of melatonin produced. Melatonin is helpful with jet lag, sleep support, and sleep disorders in children that have behavioral, mental, and developmental disorders. Slow Motion Melatonin is a low dose melatonin stabilized in a lipid matrix system to protect it from gastric juices and allow absorption through the lymph.

Recommended usage: As a dietary supplement, 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
