I needed a supplement to replace one that went off the market, and this one helps for hot flashes associated with menopause. It doesn't bring complete relief, but it does help. Ask your doctor or naturopathic doctor whether it's right for you first.

I have been using this formula, old PhytoB-L 4x, through my naturopath for years and swear by it.
