Great energy

This is absolutely fantastic stuff. I started out taking 1 a day then went on to 2. I had extra energy throughout the day. One side effect was that it completely relieved my constipation. Another was that I think it was a bit strong for my system (I am 73 years old and my immune system is not perfect); I experienced slight tenderness on my right side below my ribs; I talked to my doctor-she suggested that I wait a few days and then try taking one a day and in include a lipase supplement in my diet for a while. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this to anyone with that one caveat.
