I needed this product about 20 years ago!
Okay so the vicious stress cycle was affecting me with my sleep. So the wise Mary shared that I should try this product. I was literally trying to sleep while processing orders via a very archaic database I used about 300 times a day. Yes, I was processing items in my head ALL nite long. This is what adrenal overload does to your mind and body.
I did have an am and pm cortisol blood draw which was not all that eye opening as I knew I had stress driving through Ft. Lauderdale morning and rush hour traffic to get the blood test. So, I do recommend if you have symptoms at night of mind running and obsessing and not being able to sleep try this product.
I advise starting slow in the am with food. I have a sensitive stomach so this worked for me> i also quit caffeine for awhile. There are so many great herbal teas and green tea is so good with the "stop your mind from racing at night" type of caffeine which will still give you energy but not the adrenal draiing effects.
This one is my GOTO for stress and I take as needed which is nice because there is a generous amount of supplements in the bottle.
This will be in my supplement cabinet forever. I love you AdrenalGenix!
