Cytozyme AD really helps with adrenal fatigue. It helps to give much needed energy for the day!

About 3 months ago, my functional medicine MD/acupuncturist requested I do a take-home, dried urine lab test (several samples over the course of 32 hours) to evaluate all my female hormones. What we thought might be too much cortisone, turned out to be not enough. In fact, my Free 24hr Cortisone score was only 196, with the lowest acceptable low of 220! Plus, the 24hr Free Cortisol was only 68 with lowest low of 80. A few weeks later, I began taking Cytozyme-AD. Taking it at night didn't work for me-it kept me from falling asleep and I'd already had sleeping issues. After some trial and error, about a month ago we came up with 3 upon rising in the AM (with my Thyroid meds plus 2 AdrenalGenix) and only 1 at night along with some other supplements. After about 4 weeks, I began noticing a definite upswing in my energy and outlook. I do have some concern about using this long-term, and hope to eventually ween off them and go back to just AdrenalGenix or nothing at all.

This is a great supplement. My doctor prescribed Cytozme for me in March 2016 when blood tests showed I had adrenal fatigue. In two week, I went from being tired constantly, having a foggy mind, and craving coffee to feeling energized, switching to all decaf, and having more balanced moods. Also, it combined with my prescription thyroid medication, got my endocrine system healthy enough to conceive our child.
