Helps with digestion of vegetables and fiber for me

My doctor suggested I take this to help my digestion of vegetables and fibrous foods. Traditionally any sort of lettuces, broccoli, cauliflower, and many other normally innocent vegetables (zucchini, squash) would cause stomach distress for me, usually in the form of gas, gas pains, or even occasionally diarrhea.
