Extra Insurance

I purchased this to replace a different product. I only use it when going out to eat at a restaurant or to friends' houses for meals. It's makes me feel a bit better about the possibility of cross-contamination with gluten. Also, this past week (holidays) I decided to go ahead and eat some goat cheese and cow cream cheese "as a treat". I believe this supplement helped me not get constipated, and I was able to digest the dairy much better. Now it's time to go back to my clean diet! Don't want to have to rely on these, but happy to have the option once in a rare while. I have been gluten free for 7 years this week :-)

So far so good. This product replaces another no longer sold by OVitamin Pro. My physician says that I'm Gluten sensitive so I am taking a product to counter the effects of Gluten.
