I use this for vaginal dryness and low libido. very helpful. gives me energy and makes me feel stronger too. maybe it's becasue dhea is a precursor to testosterone? I use half a cube it every other night

The application process can be made much better, I found it very hard to insert because it starts to dissolve quickly.

Not the product for me

I have been using the hydration cubes with good results, both 1x and 2x, but wanted to give this a try, based on reviews that I had seen online. It didn't work as well as the hydration cubes, so much so that I didn't even finish using half of the package. This may work for some people, but I'll stick with the hydration cubes!

I find that after a day or two after DHEA cube insertion I have itching, and some dryness. I think the hydration cubes x2 is more effective for me.

Excellent product

I was given a prescription for Dhea pods, but it was very expensive and only one pharmacy carried it.
I like this natural alternative to Hrt that I feel safer using and it smells like chocolate!
It's easy to use and has really made a big difference in my tissue strength.

Good Product and Easy to Use

I started using these ovals for menopausal symptoms. The shea butter in them is very soothing and I have not found that they disrupt my natural flora. I would recommend them to other menopausal women without hesitation.

Better than pharmacy product!

I am an RN. I was prescribed DHEA pharmacy compounded suppositories for menopausal changes. They were $5. each, & messy with preservatives.
The Bezweken DHEA hydrating suppository is a cleaner ingredient list with a light natural cocoa butter smell and works equally as well, if not better at a much better price. I feel the lift from the DHEA and my mucosa is hydrated which helps to protects against UTI. Love the product. Will continue to purchase for weekly use.

Can you use 1/2 of a suppository?

I have used these daily for quite some time. I am 60 years old and had vaginal dryness something awful. It has helped with moisture and seems to have strengthened the tissues. What side affects should I be aware of by using it daily?
