I was recently diagnosed with VA after thinking I had a bladder infection - it was awful - was prescribed antibiotics, took them for two weeks, with no relief. My doctor thought it might be low estrogen (I take oral Estrace twice a day), and was prescribed vaginal estrogen cream. It gave me the worst irritation. I researched online and found that these hydration cubes are used by many women with the same condition, but instead of rubbing them into the skin, they use them vaginally. Because I've always been extremely sensitive to lubricants or anything used in that area, I was concerned that these might irritate me. But they do not - they do exactly what they're supposed to do. I used one a night for two weeks; then backed down to one every other night; and now I use one every third night. I no longer have the urinary discomfort, nor the pain/irritation with sex. I hope they never stop making these.

This is very easy to use and very pleasing to the nose. I feel like I am benefitting from this in more ways than one.

Been great help with the vaginal dryness I was experiencing. I have also noticed that when I use it, my hot flashes are better at night. I use about 1/3 of a square each time, not every night but maybe every three nights.

These cubes work really well... They can be used 1/2 at a time depending on personal need. It's best to use them at least 2 times a day, in the morning and before bed. They are easy to use and just take a minute to apply on whole of vaginal tissue area. Unlike other feminine organic moisturizers, there is no olive oil smell and no delicate tissue irritation with the 1x cubes.

i've used estrace and vagifem for vaginal atrophy and i had side effects from the hormones and fillers and had to stop. i was going to give up until i found this product with super low dose of estriol (1 mg). the ingredients are safe and moisturizing. i keep them in the freezer and use 1/2 a cube every other night. thanks for such a healthy and effective product. i've only been using it for 3 weeks and can feel an improvement.

This product works great for vaginal atrophy after menopause. I stumbled across it in a forum, and have been using it in combination with Carlson's vitamin E suppositories for the past few weeks with amazingly positive results. I used this product daily for two weeks straight and then twice a week as a maintenance dose. I have an ethical reason for not using Premarin, and had a reaction to Estrace. The hydration cubes have restored the pleasure to our 34 year marriage relationship.

These cubes work very well.... I use them in halves using each portion morning and night... They can also be inserted.. I've tried many products and been disappointed, but I use these regularly...

I was suffering frequent urinary tract infections and atrophy, but I wanted a more natural solution than prescription drugs. The hydration cubes have made a world of difference after just a week of use. I'm no longer feeling burning sensations or dryness. Before using the Hydration cubes sex was very uncomfortable and sometimes really painful. Now with the hydration cubes I don't need extra lubricant at all. I love the ease of use as well. My husband certainly appreciates my changes. We are both very happy indeed!

My order arrived in the mail quickly, packaging well protected product. I used a cube daily x 7 days as bolus then just 1x/week. I started noticing a difference before too long with needed hydration. I will continue to use this product.

Easy to use, and not complicated. These cubes work great and I would not recommend any other extremely expensive alternative!

I love these cubes. I use a half cube per day for lubrication.

The product itself seems to help, but because it takes up only half of the allotted space, it settled into weird shapes during shipping. No amount of sitting in warmer temperatures got it to settle back into a cube. Some were in fact unusable.

I would give this 5 stars except it has a GMO Vitamin E sourced from corn. If you like this product too, write or call them and ask them to make it with a non GMO vitamin E. I also would like it to have the estriol and dhea in a smaller cube so that it is more concentrated and easier to apply vaginally. Otherwise it is a good product, the other ingredients are great. Why ruin it with GMO vitamin E??

These Hydration cubes work great and are inexpensive for such a great product.

I just start using it, my OBGYN recommended for mild vaginal atrophy and discomfort. I agree with previous reviewers,
It's little hard to take a cube out of the package, I keep in refrigerator, and use at night only, it's can stain your undergarment.
Have not used this product long enough to say, if I got relieve from my vaginal pain and discomfort, but I will continue for one month and hope to see a difference.

I am into menopause three years now. For me being intimate with my husband was no longer pleasant it was being very uncomfortable and I seek help, my doctor gave me a prescription for the problem. After reading the list of side effects I decided not to use it. That was when these cubes were recommended by another doctor who prefers using natural products. She explained the reason to me why some menopausal women get the burning sensation internally. I had no complaint after using them and stopped. I started using this product about a year ago and had seen such great results. At one point I decided to try bio-identical hormones so i stopped using the hydration cubes. After a few months I realized I got better results from the hydration cubes and ordered them again. The doctor gave me a prescription for dryness, but it was too expensive and there is no generic, so Bezwecken hydration cubes are very helpful. I wish they were made with coconut oil rather than cocoa butter and that application was a little easier, but otherwise, they are a godsend. I haven't been taking them long, so I cannot speak to longer-term effects.

All I can say is WOW!! I had a complete hysterectomy years ago. With this I ended up getting vaginal dryness. Not something a woman or her husband want! I didn't want to take hormones so I tried several natural products (that I could afford) with no success. So my husband ( yes your husband does too) and I suffered for years. It was my nutritionist that told me about the cubes.
I was AMAZED!!! My husband and I could not believe how quickly this product works!! I got results in about 4 days ! I used them once a day for a week then 1 on Tuesday and 1 on Thursday. So easy to insert but you may need a mini pad or tissue as it melts.
