My family Dr recommended magnesium for muscle cramps. I am a swimmer.  She was not specific on type. But my on line research... sketchy?  Seemed to put taurine at the top. For cramps. She recommended  up to 800 mh twice a day.   A LOT.  I have been using  citrate,  which is not a good choice.  I expect to start w 1 of these am & pm. My current doses of citrate are 400mg am,  every other day 600 MG opposite am's, and 600mg evenings.  A LOT.  Do you thong thos product is a better choice?
