D'Adamo Phytocal Multimineral (Type AB) contains Maerl, a small red seaweed, found off the coast of Ireland. The calcium in Maerl has a broad buffering range to work with all blood types. Phytocal AB features higher levels of magnesium, manganese and molybdenum; stomach acidifying cofactors betaine HCl and rennet; and the gentle source of iron, yellow dock.
