No Noticeable Change

I cannot tell any difference with this product. However, it may show up in clinical test. Still, expensive for no noticeable change.

The directions state 7 capsules per day, but doesn't state when to take them. Should they all be taken at once or spread out through the day? Are they to be taken with a meal, before or after or does it matter? Some literature with the order would have been good.
