Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, and coating (hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose).

Keeps arthritis in check

I’ve been using this product (and it’s precursor) for 10 years to keep arthritis in my hands at bay. It works—no pain or mobility issues unless I stop taking it. It takes 1-2 weeks of a loading dose to start working, then reduce to maintenance dose. Great product.
