Excellent for heartburn relief

Very good product. Been taking a while, However I alternate with the Douglas lab brand of DGL. I take this about 15 minutes before eating a meal and my heartburn is rarely an issue.Thank you very much

The label on this product says: "Take 2 capsules daily" but doesn't specify when or whether to take before/during/after meals so would like to know when it's best to take these capsules
