Very good product. Helps relax and sleep

Four stars could be five stars after 30 days observing outcome

I got this product for my husband after researching a better approach for his episodic anxiety. He had been using GABA capsules -- four a day -- so this more efficient and more absorbable. I observe that it's working better but usually give these trials 30 days at least before drawing conclusions. We'll keep using it anyway due to ease of use. He likes the taste so is compliant :-)
