Micellized VitD3

Taking this particular Vit. D3 has kept my osteoporotic bones from continuing to deteriorate for the last 5 years. I swear by it!

what does Micellized mean? I had my d levels checked several years ago and it was extremely low as far as I know I haven't had it checked since. Have had to take iron awhile, I am cold a lot too. I want a liquid D for better absoprtion dont know what IU level I need. What liquid D is best for me?

Vitamin D gives me a weird side effect of extreme fatigue for 12 to 24 hours after taking it. Vitamin B does the same, especially B-6. My labs show I am deficient in Vitamin D but aside from sitting in the sun everyday, I don't know how to find a D supplement that will not give me this problem and not make me unable to function at work. I've tried liquid D3 1000 iu with fish oil and this helps somewhat but I need more than 1000 iu. Have you heard of this side effect and do you have any recommendations?

Hi. My son has been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. His insulin level is at 37; apparently normal is 5. A friend has recommended 8,000 to 10,000 units of micelized D3 daily. Her daughter has type 1 diabetes, and D3 has been tremendously helpful in stabilizing her insulin levels. What are your thoughts on this? She also recommended Turmeric and milk thistle pills. Would appreciate your guidance.
