Stops hot flashes & migraines

Make sure u read the ingredients label on back because the USP Estriol that makes this product effective at stopping menopausal symptoms. There's another moisture cream that looks the same but doesn't have the Estriol (Estrogen). So buy this one!
The packaging was changed recently, and maybe the product is thinner? But it still works. I apply it every 8 hrs instead of twice a day.

In experimenting with Ostaderm, I have found that it makes my hot flashes worse, however without it I am an emotional mess. Im assuming it is from the progesterone and wondering if you have any ideas on what Might help. Thanks!
