Product Description

Metagenics Ostera is a dietary supplement for bone remodeling support for postmenopausal women. The natural process of bone remodeling involves healthy breakdown and formation of the bone matrix where minerals are deposited. This formula offers nutritional support for healthy bone remodeling during aging through selective kinase response modulators (SKRMs) in the form of RIAA, the herb berberine, and vitamins D and K. Ostera is recommended to be used with Cal Apatite.

Proven itself over the years

I am 80 years old and have taken Ostera daily for many years and feel it is very beneficial for my bone density.
My density test values have actually gone up! No side effects like some of the prescription drugs.
It does the job, I have had no bone fractures.

I have been taking Ostera for approximately a year and a half. I trust that in time my DEXA scan will show a reversal, as I know someone else who has had that positive result. I'll check back in the next time I have a scan. (I only get them every two years).
