Professional Formulas Pure Adrenal 400 60c

I am currently taking the Nutri Meds--- 80 mg--- 7 of them-- which is 560 mg about 3-4 times a day.
I bought the adrenal cortex 250 mg and was taking 2 of them.

I would like to know the difference between what the regular adrenal does and the cortex--how does one know to really take JUST adrenal, or JUST cortex, or if BOTH are needed.

I've done the Zyto testing, where adrenals came up.

I am also taking 300 mg of Thyro-Gold dessicated thyroid.

I don't know if this brand has a compliment to the thyroid--taking the same brands is easier.

I am interested in this adrenal as it is 400 mg and I am swallowing so many pills every three hours that it is ridiculous.
I am 58.
