Hi are you Ive been having chronic neck pain stiff neck on both right and left side it feels jammed and I cant sleep at night I hear popping sounds when I turn my neck, do you think its a disc problem because my therapist and doctor examined me but theyre not telling me nothing really just telling me to take meds but my neck feels weird all the time even when Im sleeping. I do have some cervical to Lumbar disc problems. Will this and vitaminB12 help me? I also have a Small Rotator cuff tear as well
