iron excess

I haven't used this very long and will only be able to tell how much this helps after my blood tests in a few weeks. See questions and answers from the Doctor on how much to take for excess iron. The answer was excellent. My children also deal with iron excess and I have recommended it to them to try.

I recently purchased ip6 from you and now not sure how many to take. I have iron overload and my last ferritin test was 55%. The Dr. said I was fine with this, but researched and found a place saying, I should be at 50%. I have gone South for the winter and unable to donate any blood here and want to keep the levels from getting too high again this winter. I have been taking just one on an empty stomach and was wondering if I should be taking more than that. Thank You, Ginny
