I recommend

I know that this brand of Pure Encapsulations is very pure and I appreciate that. I've just stopped taking Seriphos because they are backordered so I switched to this brand. I haven't followed the recommendation of taking it several times a day. I take it once a day, and have not had a memory or brain fog problem since I switched. So I feel that it is working ok. I would have giving it a 5 star if I one time a day was recommended.
