My wife suggested that I get on some type of probiotic to help with my digestive system. I'm already on the Pure Encapsulation multivitamin so it's only natural that I give their probiotic a try. I've always suffered from stomach problems especially after a night of binge drinking. And man, you don't want to be near me after this. But this stuff has really helped with me keeping everything solid and pushing things through in a orderly fashion. My only gripe is that it's kinda pricy but I guess it's the price you pay for to have a good digestive system.
