Would this work for possible patients who have AHP but haven't been able to find anyone to diagnose them or test them for AHP

Will this make me constipation?

I have an 18 yr old cat battling flea but anemia. I don't want to buy these drops because they say not to use them on a sickly animal. I believe he is in beginning stages of renal failure. I can't take him to a vet because he screams terribly as soon as he sees the car. I don't want him to have a heart attack trying to do this. Any suggestions?
