Hi, I take my Wen Jing Tang in packs these days that come in 42 packets in a box. I take 3 packets at a time twice a day. So I am taking 6 packets a day. I think I was taking 8 caps at a time when I had this one by my acupuncturist. Could you let me know This is correct and this last about a week?
