Vitamin C can cause diarrhea in some individuals in large doses, which can vary from person to person. This resolves when the dosage is reduced.

Suggested use

Vitamin C: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily.

Vitamin D Liquid: Take 2 drops one to three times daily. Invert bottle to dispense individual drops. May be added to food or mixed in beverages. Do not refrigerate.

Zinc Picolinate: Take 1 capsule daily.
