I know I need it...

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis when I was 48. Even though I eat kale and greens almost every day, I feel better taking a Vitamin K supplement. I also take high doses of Vitamin D (15,000 IU's a day). Along with Pilates, weights and walking, this is added insurance for my peace of mind.

Good news

Mary recommended this vitamin K to aid the Vitamin D the doctor recommended my husband take to help heal his broken arm. My husband is 83 and the doctor thought it might not heal. An x-ray yesterday showed the arm is healing and we are very pleased and grateful.

I am new to your website and after review of information on BBB I felt comfortable in placing an order with your company for the Tri-K. I am a 64 year old male and over the past one and half years attempted to lower my LDL naturally without statin drugs. I have an integrated physician and we thought perhaps it was thyroid causing elevated LDL levels although thyroid profile showed normal. I began a nature thyroid regimen in addition to my regular supplements. After 90 days there was no change in Cholesterol. Consequently, I have started statin therapy.

Question 1
The doctor determined it is probably familial hypercholesterolaemia being a genetic disorder. My cardiologist put me on 5 mg. Rosuvastatin and we will check my LDL after 6 weeks. Do you have any suggestions concerning a recommended supplement to offset the higher glucose response ? I noted that my glucose is reading higer than normal (117 mg/dl) after being on the statin.

Question 2
I have been taking Swanson Ultra Blood Sugar Support supplement and it was very effective in keeping my blood sugar in a normal range. They no longer produce this supplement unfortunately due to a sales issue. Contents of the supplement: Thiamin - 54 mg.; Alpha-Lipoic Acid - 300 mg.; Cinnulin PF - 225 mg. ; Vanadium - 95 mcg. Do you sell anything with similar make-up or could you recommend a product ?

Thank you for your assistance.
