Douglas Laboratories Pregnenolone is a dietary supplement providing the highest purity pregnenolone. Pregnenolone is synthesized in the adrenal gland mitochondria from cholesterol and, to a lesser degree, in the brain, liver, testes, ovaries, and skin.
