Taking several at a time throughout the day is really helping the anxiety. Helps me to focus on the task at hand. Excellent service and great packaging for shipping.

Works great

Very helpful when paired with Formula 303, for sleep! I take two per night, along with two of the Formula 303, and it works great. I also use it when feeling mild anxiety.
