Suggested Use:
Using dropper, measure appropriate dose based on baby's weight (see chart above). Add Baby's DHA to food, breast milk, or Infant formula once daily, or as directed by your pediatrician. Clean dropper thoroughly between each use, especially if dropper contacts baby's mouth. Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator.
Dose by body weight
- 5-10 lbs: 1.0 mL
- 11-20 lbs: 2.0 mL
- 21-25 lbs: 3.0 mL
- 26-30 lbs: 4.0 mL
- 31-35 lbs: 5.0 mL
For best results, please refrigerate and use within three months after opening.
