I would like to know which one you recommend between taking this one Nordic Flora Probiotic or KLaire Labs Senior Formula? What about a good Enzyme to take with meals, high in protease, amylase & lipase?

Hello Dr. Dan. Would you recommend this product for someone wanting to control their weight or even loose a few pounds? I often feel gassy and bloated after eating and this product caught my eye. I have been using Metagenics UltraFlora Control for weight control for the past 3 - 4 months and initially I lost a few pounds, but I'm not really seeing a difference anymore and I feel sluggish most of the time. I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and am now menopausal as well. Any suggestions on a pro/pre-biotic? Thank you.
