I don't notice the difference with these verses the ones I can get at Costco. I have been taking these for several years.

Helps with my dry hair!

I started taking this supplement during pregnancy and have continued to take it for years and have noticed that my hair is more oily (I have dry, thin hair) and I can tell a difference when I'm not taking it so I highly recommend it!
