Just The Little Extra I Needed

DIM Estro gave me the little extra something I needed to feel "balanced" again. I take 2 capsules per day around lunchtime. Since I have healthy estrogen levels, this product allows me to take full advantage of its goodness. Basically, pepper and curcumin doing so much more than I could imagine.

I am still learning about exactly what DIM is but I am impressed with this product as I had noticed so quickly how much better I felt as the late afternoon hours approached. I used to feel sluggish and nappy but I do not any longer.

I will continue with this supplement as honestly, it costs almost nothing and there is nothing negative I can say about it. Thank you Mary!

No headaches from supplement!

After trying another supplement with Dim and experiencing headaches I was concerned that this one might be the same, but Mary assured me to give it a try as she knew of many who used it and had favorable results.

I am hoping that down the road this will shrink my fibroids.

I like the combination of the curcumin and the black pepper. It doesn't seem to upset my stomach and I have a sensitive one.

I can't believe the difference this makes!

This is truly a quality product. I am over 60 with issues from low energy to losing my hair! Welcome to life right!? I will tell you I didn't think it mattered so much and let myself run out of the DIM estro and things got worse! I ordered it again, got it within a very few days and started taking it again. It has made such a difference again! I can't explain all the whys but I can say it has made a definite positive difference for me. I am VERY thankful my Dr. recommended it and I won't run out again!

Dim Estro is a miracle supplement

Due to fibroid tumors, I bled three of four weeks of the month for several years. After a medical procedure to reduce the tumors only worked for 8 monhts, Mary Schlenger suggested I take Dim Estro. My bleeding stopped overnight! And my cycle has been regular ever since--a glorious year. I can't say enough good about the way Dim Estro effectively regulates hormones.

Should you take this with food? Can you take with other vitamins? I'm on fermented turmeric, zinc with selenium, krill, vit. c., magnesium threonate, lutein, D3 and K2. Started taking Phyto-B after being on 40 mg. pregnenolone and 100 mg. progesterone. After 2 weeks on phyto-B I had break through bleeding and tender nipples. I have stopped the phyto-B and Mary suggested I take DIM and start Phyto-B again in a couple weeks. I was taking 2 drops in a.m. and 2 drops in p.m. under tongue. Should I follow up with hormone blood tests after I start phyto-B?Thanks, Char
